Adult Plan

$299/year

Preventive care and straightforward savings for adults.

Important plan terms

This membership is a direct-payment arrangement, not dental insurance or a qualified health plan. The plan begins on the date iFloss Dental Clinic receives the annual membership payment and ends exactly 12 months from that start date. The annual fee is prepaid, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. Benefits are available only at iFloss Dental Clinic. Payment for services not included in the membership is due when care is provided.

The 10% savings applies to eligible additional treatment. It does not apply to orthodontic treatment, elective cosmetic procedures, products or merchandise, outside laboratory or specialist services, or services already discounted. Periodontal maintenance benefits begin after prescribed scaling and root planing has been completed.
